©️ 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐎 𝐅𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 👊🏼⚔️ Bruno Fernandes gets 𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐌 and speaks to Amazon 🫵🏼🔥 “We don’t need to save anyone’s job as the club needed that win. The players needed that win, it’s someting we needed as group of players and staff”. “We have been working so hard to get out of this situation together. It has been tough”. “There has been a lot of speculation in the media. A lot of lies around many things that have happened at this club and me”. “The manager took a decision of making myself on the bench because I wasn’t performing. And that’s fair. Everyone felt like that was a punihsment for the words that I had after Como… and if it was, it was right”. “The manager makes the decisions. I have to accept it. I have to go forward with that. It doesn’t change the belief I have in the manager, the staff and every player at this club”. “It doesn’t change my aim to 𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐅𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 that I have ahead of me”, Bruno has added.
Since when has it been not cool to try. I think not trying is the most uncool thing you can do. What kind of life is that?
Well… that gamble didn’t quite pay off 🫠 Saw the rain starting to come down during the Sprint and thought we’d have a crack at switching bikes. Was running outside the points and figured it was worth a shot! Unfortunately there was bit of a miscommunication between myself and the team on when the second bike needed to be ready so when I rolled into pit lane we weren’t quite prepared. Apologies for my reaction in the heat of the moment but genuinely thought we had a chance to make something happen. Not how we wanted to finish the Sprint but sometimes you’ve just gotta roll the dice 🎲🤟
