Nobody does it like our champion Ellie. After a FULL day of appointments with her incredible neurosurgeons, Dr. Jeffrey Greenfield and Dr. Taemin Oh @wcmneurosurgery Ellie was just getting started. Next stop: Physical Therapy @abilitiesinaction followed by @zrfitandwellness a wellness center devoted to adaptive and inclusive fitness. It looks and feels like a real modern-day gym, but what makes it so special is the love, support, and understanding behind it. We are so grateful for the people who truly see kids like Ellie, believe in what they can do, and create spaces where they can grow stronger and feel included. And in true Ellie fashion, she showed up for this latest adventure in her pajamas. How fitting that this week we read Parashat הַאֲזִינוּ — “Listen.” A reminder to recognize the people placed in our path and never forget how far we have come. Every appointment, therapy session, workout, and new adventure is another step forward. Always moving forward. Always getting stronger. Never, ever giving up.
