Spain Pro 🇪🇸 I brought the best version of myself to the stage. The best conditioning, the most muscle mass, and the biggest I’ve ever been, stepping on stage at 96 kg. First, I want to thank my coach, @francisco_jose_espin , for always being there, answering every question I had, and being the best coach I’ve ever worked with. Choosing you as my coach was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you for everything! A massive thank you to my sponsor, @vitabolic . Without you, I wouldn’t be where I am today. You support me through everything, put up with all my craziness, and always have my back, no matter what. Radu, Eugen, thank you from the bottom of my heart for absolutely everything. ❤️ Was it a great weekend? It was okay. A TOP 3 is nice, but I wouldn’t call it a huge achievement. Maybe if I had won, I would feel differently. But there’s one reason why this TOP 3 means something special to me. After breaking my leg and going through thrombosis, I genuinely thought my bodybuilding career was over. I didn’t believe I would ever be able to compete at this level again. And here I am. That’s what makes me grateful. Not the placing itself, but the fact that I managed to come back and stand on a professional stage again. Above everything, I thank God for keeping me healthy and giving me the strength to make this comeback. Without Him, none of this would have been possible. 🙏 We keep moving forward. Let’s see what the future holds. Thank you all for the support. ❤️
PMDD, or as we called her, Pam DD, almost took Amanda from me. I almost lost my person, the one who has always felt like home to me. For a while, it felt like we were losing something neither of us ever wanted to let go of. But after Amanda’s surgery, Pam DD was GONE. Just like that. And I got my Amanda back. And that’s when I realized I never actually lost her. And she knew she never lost me. PMDD is no joke, and watching someone you love go through it gives you a whole different appreciation for just how much it can affect someone’s life. I’m so incredibly proud of Amanda for everything she’s been through and everything she’s done to get to where she is today. Even during the time we weren’t technically together, I was still her biggest cheerleader. There was never a question of whether I wanted to be there for her. I love her, and I have zero regrets about being part of her journey through one of the hardest chapters of her life. More than anything, I’m grateful she trusted me enough to be vulnerable with me, to let me see the hard days, and to let me love and take care of her through them. And now? Everything is different. We get to experience each other and our relationship without Pam DD constantly inserting herself where she doesn’t belong. Through it all, we never really stopped being us. We just had a very unwelcome third wheel for a while. Turns out the only breakup we really needed was with Pam DD. Good riddance! #PMDD #PMDDawareness #longdistance #wlw #invisibleillness https://www.iapmd.org/pmdd

Thank you to my incredible friends @sunny_tripathy & @soniasandha for hosting for such a gorgeous Diwali dinner and including me in a night I’ll never forget. Diwali is about light overcoming darkness, and this year I really felt that in the most beautiful way. It was my first time celebrating this beautiful holiday single but it never once felt like something was missing. I was surrounded by so much love from my friends, and my heart was completely full (and so was was tummy with all the delicious food) Wishing everyone love & light 🪔💕✨
if you’ve felt yourself kinda stall it’s be u need a reset button u need to move to the city that came to mind as you’re reading this sentence Every afternoon I spend an hour responding to as many DM’s as I can about high ticket sales! I try my best to get to all of them so dm me “HTS” so I can easily find your message, & ask me anything! 7 years ago I was a barista at a coffee shop making $8/hr & the only difference between that girl, and the girl I am today is this skillset I learned & applied to my life Today I am 25, & I’ve built the #1 women’s high ticket sales academy @shesellsacademy & put on the #1 women’s wealth conference @womenandwealthcon My life is only measured by how many other lives I can change through this skillset. I’m here to help you guys make money & I’m free right now so if you have any questions just dm me “HTS” and we can talk about the industry of high ticket sales, see if it’s for you, & remove any confusion you might have around the opportunity. HTS is changing women’s lives, why wait for it to change yours?
