DrachenFest LARP

**YOU MADE IT POSSIBLE –
NOW WE’RE TAKING THE NEXT STEP! ❤️**

Thanks to your support through the Loyalty Tickets, we’ve already been able to accomplish a lot at the **Waldeck LARP Site**:

💧 Around 5 km of drinking water lines
🛤️ The first roads and access paths
🐉 The relocation of DrachenFest to Waldeck
📋 The start of the official planning process

That means **Stage 1 is complete.**

Our goal remains the same: **step by step, we want Waldeck to become a year-round LARP site.**

Now it’s time for the next big step:

🏡 **THE CLUBHOUSE**

The former golf clubhouse already provides showers, restrooms, a kitchen, offices, common areas, storage and — most importantly — a permanent **event operations center**.

We want to secure the clubhouse permanently for Waldeck while continuing to invest in water, sanitation, roads and event spaces.
