The Cornish Diary

It’s been open less than 48 hours but it’s been on my list to check out for a while (the teasers on their instagram have done the job!)

@cowgirlscornwall is the latest must visit Cornish spot for proper local burgers, coffee, milkshakes and some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted.

The location in a former Redruth drapery has been obviously very lovingly converted and I was surprised just how big the space is, perfect for small or larger groups with a whole second dining area with long booth tables upstairs.

My advice - get yourself down there and support local farming & hospitality. You won’t regret it.
