I just spent the last 2 months negotiating a contract. Here’s what I learned:
1. Patience is essential in any business. What’s obvious to a professional might need a consumer longer to digest
2. Even though this is the business that I used to support myself, it’s not about me. In real estate, what I want doesn’t matter. It’s about what’s important to the client.
3. Everything needs balance. If you don’t find the time to take a break then you will literally run yourself into the ground. #nolarealtor #entrepreneurship #selfemployed #realestatelife
