I’ve never seen an agent accept a query if your book isn’t finished. Not to say that none do, but it’s typically not done.

I genuinely can’t believe I unironically chose that intro. This plus training the small muscles like adductors, hip flexors, and glutes in the gym has changed my life.

5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️

If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel.

Gentle movement has its place.
But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to.

If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery.

Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂
Pick one & start your day!

Today has been one of the most shocking and heartbreaking days for me. 💔

My big brother, Sanjay Gupta Ji, a wonderful human being, a down-to-earth personality, and an incredible filmmaker, director and producer, has left us far too soon.

Bhai, you were like a godfather to me. You gave me my very first Bollywood break, and I will always be grateful for your love, guidance and support.

You will forever remain in my heart. May Waheguru bless your soul with eternal peace and give strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.

Rest in peace, Bhai. You will be deeply missed. 🙏

Washington student-athlete Frances Staudt breaks down in tears at an election night watch party as a ballot measure she has spent years advocating for appears poised to pass.

Staudt, who previously refused to compete against a transgender athlete in a basketball game, watches as voters give Initiative 638 a double-digit lead. The proposal would restrict participation in girls' K-12 sports to athletes whose biological sex is female.

Her emotional reaction comes as Washington could become the first state to enact such a measure through a public vote. | @outkick
