And so, we finally made it and set up base in our new home in the south west. We always had a plan to return here, and that’s become more important as our parents need a little more support. It’s a lot to ask of the youngest two, uprooting them from their lives and their friends. Hopefully they won’t hold it against us forever. We bribe them with beaches and surf and pasties.

And a nice view.

And time with cousins.

And compulsory forest walks.

And new kittens. Who the dog has given up objecting to.

And commitment to a great Halloween.

And time with cousins and grandparents in the pub.

And visits to junk shops (oh, that’s just for me)

And new clubs.

And more pubs, and cousins and grandparents.

So yes, it’s been worth it.

So I’m now 50/50 north west/south west. Which means several days a week I hide away in Salford to devote myself to work (#devoted), life admin, and FaceTiming my beloved children/husband/dog/kittens. Mostly the dog tbf.

We also bribed her with pasties.

Comment ‘LOWER’ for my lower body workout guide! 👇

Ladies, the treadmill is not going to give you toned thighs

Cardio burns calories but it does nothing to define and shape your legs

Here’s what actually works:

🦵 Heel-elevated goblet squats to target the front of your thighs and lean them out

🦵 Dumbbell step-ups to work your quads and glutes at the same time

🦵 Bulgarian split squats to define your entire thigh from top to bottom

Two to three times a week with the right nutrition and your legs will look completely different in a matter of weeks.

More muscle = faster metabolism.

Which means you’ll burn more fat even when you’re resting.

Comment ‘LOWER’ and I’ll send you a workout you can start today 🔥

Well, that’s a wrap on the most magical Halloween in existence! Their Gigi suggested the costume idea and the way their eyes lit up had us all in. Thank you to @lucyjoyaltus for being such an inspiration to our girls and thank you to @mimimeyerbeauty for the most perfect braided hair. And lastly, thank you @wheresbryce and @jessedeflorio for capturing a night our girls will never forget 🫶🖤

Wow.
£500 @fandfclothing haul and I personally think it smashed it out the bag !
