Big Release day today at DashCRM
- Mentions & Tasks now live for all customers!
We have just shipped two new features to Dash worth noting:
• Mentions
• Tasks
At the contact level, you can now leave comments in the activity timeline of a contact and @ another member in your team. This might be to leave a track of interactions by others or getting a support member to action something for you.
You can now also create tasks for yourself or any other member in your team. Maybe a call back, a follow up or a reminder for future you. All tasks can be viewed in the new Tasks tab in your side navigation in Dash or viewed directly on a contact.
Notificaitons are also set up to notify you on email about being tagged or when a reminder goes off. If you want to restrict this activity you can update settings in the personal settings area.
