The Court of Appeal judges ruled Vickrum Digwa's prison sentence for the murder of Henry Nowak was unduly lenient.

Digwa was jailed for life with a minimum term of 21 years for stabbing the 18-year-old student to death in Southampton, UK, in December 2025.

That minimum term has now been quashed and increased to 25 years.

The point of this skit is to show how someone with secure (or close enough to secure) attachment reacts to push pull behaviors. Or, what are sometimes called testing behaviors.

This can look like:
- breaking it off, then taking it back
- Pushing someone away, regularly
- Being all in and then cold and distant.

For people with a more anxious attachment, this behavior deeply triggers abandonment wounds.

When someone’s more securely attached, they see this as lack of compatibility. Instead of a push to work or try harder, a securely attached person sees inconsistent behavior as a sign someone is not ready to be in a committed relationship.

How you react to inconsistent behavior when dating? #selfhealers
