summer dump as we step into fall today 🍂☀️

looking back at this whole summer reminded me how important it is to keep choosing the light.

sometimes making our light brighter isn’t about doing something huge. it’s being with people who bring us joy. being surrounded by beautiful nature. eating delicious food. laughing. resting. traveling. making memories. letting ourselves actually enjoy being alive.

there is already so much heaviness in this world. joy matters too.

on this fall equinox, i’m reflecting on all the little moments that helped me feel more alive this summer and carrying that light with me into the next season. ✨
