Some meals feel like coming full circle.
Long before Compris Vineyard became part of our story, a chance encounter with old friends at Rosmarino led to a conversation about a vineyard for sale. That conversation quietly changed the course of our lives.
On Friday, October 16, we’re returning to Rosmarino Osteria Italiana for a five-course dinner featuring Dario’s Northern Italian cuisine, inspired by treasured family recipes passed down from his Nonna, paired with estate-grown Compris wines.
The evening’s pairings include:
🍷 Brandacujun with 2024 Wavelength Chardonnay 🍷 Coppa with 2023 Mountain Echo Pinot Noir 🍷 Ravioli ai Mirtilli with 2023 As One Pinot Noir 🍷 Brasato di Cinghiale with 2023 Midnight Journey Syrah 🍷 Torta alle Mele with 2022 Joy & Pagne Sparkling Blanc de Noir
Friday, October 16 Two seatings: 5:30 and 7 PM $165 per person
