Pineapple, strawberry, and coffee... total madness or absolute perfection? 🍍🍓☕️

Today we are making the Pineapple Espresso with Strawberry Cloud Foam.

Tropical pineapple juice layered with a fresh double shot of espresso, topped off with a thick, velvety strawberry cream foam. It sounds wild on paper, but the citrus and sweet cream cut through the coffee in the best way possible.

Here is the complete recipe so you can make it at home!

For the Pineapple Espresso Base:
🍍 Fill a glass with ice cubes
🍍 Pour in fresh pineapple juice about two-thirds of the way
🍍 Pull a fresh double shot of espresso and gently pour it on top

For the Strawberry Cloud Foam:
🍓 Add a splash of whipping cream into a small glass
🍓 Add a squeeze of strawberry syrup
🍓 Hand froth until it turns into a thick, pillowy cloud foam
🍓 Pour the strawberry cloud foam right over your coffee and enjoy
