I would argue the isogloss you’re talking about isn’t strictly geographic - ie, I don’t know if you can properly call it the “Canadian dialect”. Those features are much more tied socio-economic status. You wouldn’t necessarily find them amongst speakers in large portions of the GTA, Montreal and Vancouver, for example.
