FIRST SINGLE OFF “ALL THIS FOR ME?” STOVIE’S HOME (Down Down) OUT FRIDAY Pre Save Link In Bio

On this day in 2011, I previewed the forthcoming release of Lucifer Rising and Other Sound Tracks via my website.

When I was approached to do a soundtrack for Kenneth Anger’s film Lucifer Rising, he had a half-hour edit of the first part and I suggested that he should come to my house in Plumpton and set up a playback system in my studio for his 35mm film. As it was running, I started introducing my recorded music, instrument by instrument.

The glue between music and images was superb; it seemed as though they were running in sync, even though they were two separate entities that had been brought together.

I continued working on the soundtrack, doubled it in length and delivered it over to Kenneth Anger. He initially included it on a partial cut of the film that was shown at film festivals and various other events. Then it got bootlegged. I decided to release the work that I had created for this project in March 2012.

✨3 phases of weight loss:

1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025).

2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀

3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026)

✨FRIENDS.... Read these stories (shared from my insta page)....

... this is the only “before and after” I’ve posted because honestly the “before” makes me INCREDIBLY emotional.

It was such a dark, hard season of my life. 😭

... Not only was I incredibly overweight...
... I was struggling SO HARD with mental health stuff...
... marriage stuff
... chronic-sick-kid stuff
... not sleeping through the night hardly ever...
... insulin resistance
... lost my identity entirely

🔥AND IN THIS before PIC I was working out EVERYDAY, cold plunging, taking $1000 worth of supplements a month...

The toll this level of stress takes on your body as a woman is W-I-L-D.

Tonight I’m sharing THE WHOLE STORY.... including stuff I haven’t ever shared publicly. Like “all the life updates”....

If you’d like an invite, comment STORY below and we’ll get you the link!

Can’t wait to see you there.

XO,
J 💙
