People who go through plastic surgery, or weight loss can radically change their own personality. It might be due to how you see yourself relative to others, trying to behave according to what you'd believe to be appropriate.... So. Is not that your appearance and your personality are inherent. But that you ajust your behavior to fit your own mental image.
