A distinctly analog watercolor to commemorate the Dilla & Dres album.
During the height of Covid I mixed an album project for my homie, @blacksheepdres over tracks by the legendary @officialjdilla. The project remains dear to my heart. It was overseen by @officialmadukes and featured verses from some of my all time favorite MCs. A few of the tracks were challenging to mix so the late great Bob Power generously gave me some advice on how to manage the low end (theory).
The project went into hibernation for a few years. Now the songs are resurfacing on IG in the form of several videos by @polovision. Follow @BlackSheepDres to hear these gems!
