Nigerian singer Olamide has spoken in defence of Yoruba culture and traditions, insisting that African heritage should not be d£monised or portrayed as diabolical.

The singer made the remarks during his appearance at a movie premiere today, where he emphasised the importance of promoting and sensitising people about the value of their cultural heritage.

According to him, “This is really just promoting the culture and trying to sensitize people that our culture and our tradition is not di@bolical”

He further added, “Our culture and our tradition is not to be d£monized. And we are proud of who we are, where we are coming from and everything about our heritage, our tradition and our culture”

“I’m a Yoruba boy; if you give me black soap, I’ll gladly collect it” he concluded.

Antarctica is impossible to put into words. It’s quite literally the end of the earth. There are some places in the world that truly take your breath away, and this was mine. So grateful to be able to witness this in my lifetime, our world really is extraordinary 🗺️🐋
