🩵💜Another Chalk for Hope is in the books!💜🩵
Thank you to everyone who came out to support the campus community this Suicide Prevention Awareness Month by chalking positive messages on the Quad and learning about mental health resources. Chalk for Hope is a county-wide initiative that aims to raise awareness and normalize conversations about mental health in communities by spreading messages of hope, resilience and connection.
Remember 💌: Even little actions can have major impacts on the ways we show up for ourselves and others. You are not alone and support is always available.
📞 If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call the Barnes Center's 24-hour support line at 315.443.8000, or call or text 988 immediately.
