necessity unneeded

life begins at shroud
death is just an edm song
your possible pasts and horrible paths
have waited too long
to be free

these poets talk about the end too often
the black star calls for a new beginning
snoozing and losing goes on repeat
sleepless dreams try fitting in

there will be some that get what they want
basking in their fluorescence resonance
those are the ones that will never die
unlike us who will never fly
in the twilight sky
adjudged

pity those who've never seen an airport
pity those who've never learned to ride a bicycle
even more
