💸 zatwierdzanie wydatków, które dani koordynatorzy wprowadzają do budżetu.

Are you everywhere at once? Do you love bringing people together and making things happen? Then the position of Junior Coordinator for Accompanying Events is waiting for you! 🫵
You’ll be the one at the helm of VarsoWeek - an entire week filled with projects, tournaments, and activities that build up the excitement before the grand finale! 🎯✨
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
🤝 Coordinating and motivating organizers - encouraging committees, student organizations, and other students from different universities to create their own events,
📑 Formal support - helping with funding applications and keeping track of deadlines,
💸 Approving expenses submitted to the budget by individual coordinators,
🗓️ Keeping everything on track - deadlines, communication, and making sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to do.
