🥶❄️💎A conservative approach to a cosmetic transformation!!!
This patient initially came to us looking for cosmetic improvement. However, after evaluating bite and tooth alignment, we determined that the desired results would require unnecessary preparation of healthy tooth structure and would not provide longterm foundation for restorations.
This awesome patient competed 1 year of clear aligner therapy using @progressive_ortho aligners followed by enameloplasty to refine the final shape and balance.
Loving the new harmonious smile while preserving natural tooth structure~
