First Commercial Real Estate represented Central State Credit Union in its acquisition of the A.G. Spanos Building, the first time the property has traded since Spanos developed it in 2004.
±146,064 SF of Class A office with Interstate 5 frontage, 100% leased. The sale also included two land parcels immediately south of the building.
The structure made it more than an investment buy. Spanos sold the building and leased back a reduced footprint, and the credit union will relocate its headquarters into a portion of the fifth floor.
Closed all cash.
