Before registering your crew on October 5th, please have the following information ready:

-Dance studio / school
-Crew name
-Number of participants
-Category
-Choreographer(s)
-Contact person – name & telephone number
-Invoice details: Name on invoice. Address, ZIP code & city Email address

OPTIONAL 1 – PARTICIPANT DETAILS
-You can provide the following details for all participants/dancers:

Full name
Age
Date of birth
You can also email this list after october 5th separately to:

OPTIONAL 2 – VISITOR TICKETS
-Let us know how many visitor passes you would ideally need. We can’t guarantee availability, but it helps us to have an indication in advance.

You can also indicate whether you expect to be there:

All day: 11:00–21:30
Part of the day: please indicate your estimated time slot
