🪽🤍 روز دویست‌و چهل و نه سمانه شب قبل رو موند پیشم و صبح زود هم رفت.منم یکم دیرتر بیدار شدم و با سختی پرت شدم تو حموم و دوش گرفتم.رفتم تو اتاق نقاشی و چند ساعتی رو مشغول بودم و بعد صبحانه محبوبم رو درست کردم که با خودم مهربون باشم.آواکادوش کم بود ولی همین هم عالیه. بعد لباس پوشیدم و رفتم یه فروتی جوس بدون سیروپ از کافه جو گرفتم و یکم با جیمی که اونجا بود حرف زدیم. بعد مدت‌ها و به زور باشگاه ثبت‌نام کردم و رفتم.قشنگ منت خودم رو کشیدم و حسابی هم وعده دادم که راضی شدم برم باشگاه.واقعا تاتی تاتی دارم دست خودم رو می‌گیرم که برم جلو و هر حرف و لحظه‌ای می‌تونه دستم رو ول کنه ولی سعی می‌کنم مراقب باشم.یه وقتایی کسی نیست تو زندگی که دستت رو بگیره و این اکثر اوقاته. خودت باید دست خودت رو بگیری.سخته ولی شرط بقاس.همین‌قدر سنگین بهش میگم بقا چون گاهی برای مردن نیازی به زلزله و جنگ و تفنگ و آدم هفت رنگ نیست.گاهی تو یک قدمی میتونی سقوط کنی و اگه بلد نشی دستاتو محکم به چیزی بگیری نیستی که باقی زندگی رو ببینی. اتفاقی یه دوستم رو دیدم که حالش اصلا خوب نبود. جدیدا به خاطر اتفاقات اخیر وقتی کسی رو میبینم که یکم حالش بده سریع ضربان قلبم میره بالا و استرس میگیرم و فکر می‌کنم باید حتما نجاتش بدم. چون گذری دیدمش بهش مسیج دادم که بریم بیرون و جوابم رو نداد.فکر می‌کنم خیلی هم حوصله من رو نداشت. بعد از باشگاه رفتم دکتر و نشستم تو صف طولانی تو اتاقی پر از صندلی انتظار و آدم‌های مختلف و دارم اینارو می‌نویسم. بعد اون تراپی دارم که اصلا هم حوصله‌ش رو ندارم و برعکس قدیم که نرم و روون بود برام سخت‌تریت کار جهانه. بعدش هم نمیدونم کجا و کدوم سمت و چرا و چگونه‌ام. ولی هستم. #dailyroutineofwar #tehran #iran #ایران #تهران
