Welcome to 51, complete with a shiny new hat to make my entire identity for the foreseeable future (but it was time, since my old wool burner/DJing hat was quite, quite done). • Just a chill day at home, kept cozy against the nor’easter. • Thanks to everyone for the love throughout the day!

🚨 CHAAYOS — WE WELCOME YOUR APOLOGY. NOW PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ACCOUNT! Dear @chaayos, @raghavverma1 @salujanitin and the entire management, We appreciate your public apology this morning. However, we strongly dispute your claim that 20 of your team members found the cat. ALI, a member of MY TEAM, spotted the cat in my presence, in Purnima ji’s presence and with Chaayos staff present. Ali then called your staff member to identify the cat. Your team’s participation does not justify taking credit for finding her. Verify your facts before publishing your version on social media. An apology must come with an accurate account. Had she remained missing, I would have pursued every available legal avenue to seek justice for her. There is another serious incident your management must address: during the search, your manager Naim presented another similar-looking cat as the relocated cat. Local feeders identified that she was a different cat. We then had to take that second cat back to the place she had been picked up from. Why was another cat removed from her location? Who authorised this? Your apology must address this incident too. We are relieved that the original cat is safe and has been adopted. That happy outcome does not erase what happened. CORRECT THE RECORD. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. ENSURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. Rick Ross is giving his legal team their flowers after prosecutors dropped the felony b@ttery by str@ngulation charge against him, citing insufficient evidence. The rapper celebrated the legal victory, declaring, “I told you I had an amazing legal team.” Ross was arrested on October 1 after his ex-girlfriend, model Jazzma Kendrick, accused him of physically a$$aulting her during an August altercation at his Miami Beach home. Kendrick alleged that Ross repeatedly struck her, ch*ked her using the collar of her hoodie, and slammed her against a wall. She also shared a photo of her injured lip, claiming the rapper was responsible. Although the felony charge has been dropped, Ross isn’t completely in the clear. He still faces a misdemeanor domestic v*olence b@ttery charge, to which he has pleaded not guilty. Ross has maintained his innocence, calling the allegations fabricated.
