Matthew VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals were arrested by the NIA in March in connection with allegations of a terror conspiracy and links to armed-group training in Myanmar.

While the UAPA investigation remains ongoing, a Delhi NIA court later granted them bail and permitted them to travel home for a month to meet their families, subject to conditions requiring their return to India.

Now, a key question remains: Will they return to India after the one-month period?

The answer will depend on whether the court's conditions are followed and how the ongoing investigation proceeds.
