EventRide

Every seat, designed.

The seating plan and the name cards now live inside EventRide, in the same place as the guest list and the invitation.

THE SEATING PLAN
• On a laptop, add the venue's floor plan and drag each table to where it really stands
• Tap a household, then tap a table, and they're seated
• Show one side of the family at a time, find any guest by name, and undo any move
• A separate plan for every meal of the weekend

THE NAME CARDS
• Eight layouts, flat to cut out or folded to stand
• The invitation's own colours and lettering, or a look of your own
• Add a photograph, and change how any one name reads ("Granny Pat" on her card, and hers alone)

READY TO PRINT
• The table plan and Find your name, both A3
• Name cards on A4 sheets, or a print shop version with bleed and crop marks
• Moved someone after printing? Download just their cards

The planner and the couple work on the same plan, and a change on one screen shows on the other.
