The Museum of History in Quebec. This is one of the best museums I have ever been to, would love to go back. The parliament building is under construction. We did a tour of the west block inside with some views from parliament hill.

I have a confession to make. I’ve been practicing internal medicine for 30 years, and there’s one food I recommend all the time that I have never been able to enjoy eating myself. Cottage cheese.
