Ik zie geen gegevens over de expeditie in Noordwijk op 31 oktober; tijd en ontmoetingsplaats. Ik had komende zaterdag genoteerd in Scheveningen, maar ga dan plandelen in Eindhoven

On the morning of the Melbourne Cup, we thought we would show you the brutal reality of Australia’s horse racing industry 🐎 Beneath the glitz and glamour of events like the Melbourne Cup, there is a dark underbelly of pain and suffering, for the very creatures most patrons believe they are celebrating. Even if racehorses make it through their racing ‘careers’, they still face an undesirable fate, often ending up in the hands of buyers who send them to be killed for pet food 💔 If you’re against animal cruelty, don't go to the races ❌ - - #HorseRacingKills #MelbourneCup #NupToTheCup #HorseRacing #FarmTransparencyProject
It's always a good idea to have a healthy skepticism for science-based fitness. But that is especially true when they are telling you that there is no difference between two things or no advantage to one thing over another because the tools they most commonly use are explicitly not designed to draw the conclusion that there's no difference between two things. Now if they tell us that something does make a difference when the bros don't think it does, then id at least want to hear the argument, because at least that's something their experiments should in theory provide evidence for. But when the bro consensus say something matters and the science guys says it doesn't you can safely disregard them. Why does a calorie surplus help intermediate and advanced lifters build muscle? I have no idea, mechanistically, and that's what trips up the science guys, there's no mechanistic reason why the body couldn't use stored energy and still build muscle at maintainence. But if we look at it from an evolutionarily perspective, what problem was the body's increasing resistance to adding muscle designed to solve it becomes obvious. Its designed to balance the demands of the environment for strength with not becoming to energy hungry. What's the best way to shift that calculus? Show there's plenty of food available by eating!

Nikhil Kohli presents a geopolitical perspective linking US tariff pressure on India with domestic protests and Reliance’s reported oil agreement. His remarks question whether these developments are connected and examine the possible economic and political interests involved. The discussion raises broader questions about international trade relations, energy partnerships, domestic political developments, and India’s economic interests. Any suggested links between these events remain interpretations that require independent evidence and verification. Credits: @nofilterwithnik
some behind the scenes cuteness from the photoshoot we had a few months ago with @hrr.lucifer on the camera, @rubber_femme and me as models (still a lot of stuff to upload!) and @rubber.doc doing some filming 😈
