Something I’ve been quietly working towardsβ€¦πŸ€ This year I really wanted to challenge myself in a different way. I’ve spent years building strength, competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting, but getting genuinely FIT was something I wanted to work on. So my running era began. A side quest to my strength training goals. It’s been humbling starting from scratch with something, but I’ve actually really enjoyed being a beginner again and seeing the progress week to week. πŸš€ And because I'm a competitive person and love having goals to work towards... I’ve signed up for my first HYROX! 6 weeks to go. Will share more over these weeks in the lead up πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ Any content you specifically want to see just let me know xxx
A man downloaded Dexter: Resurrection through BitTorrent and received a copyright infringement notice from Paramount through Starlink just two days later. Sam Guichelaar shared the incident on X, saying he had never received a warning like this before, despite years of downloading torrents. The complaint, dated October 31, came from Vobile, a company that monitors online piracy on behalf of copyright holders. It identified alleged BitTorrent activity linked to his internet connection and requested that Starlink take action. Starlink forwarded the notice, warning that downloading copyrighted material without permission could lead to his internet service being suspended or terminated, as well as possible legal action from Paramount. What caught people's attention was the speed. Within 48 hours of downloading the show, Guichelaar had already received a formal warning from his internet provider, complete with details of the alleged infringement.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday claimed that three crore of the 13 crore voters removed from the electoral rolls during the special intensive revision were β€œBangladeshi infiltrators”. The Opposition has been raising concerns about how the voters were being deleted from the electoral rolls, alleging that 13 crore voters had been intentionally removed where the revision exercise has taken place. At a rally in Hyderabad on Monday, Shah claimed that of the 13 crore names that had been deleted, more than 6.2 crore voters had been shifted, nearly three crore had died and over one crore were duplicate entries.
