Applicable only for large projects with a sizable land. For small projects this makes no sense.

To All the architects β¦.. 10β is enough for planting trees but not big trees β¦. but not for tot-lot area. Like if u are with me like this comment so that Iβll know that how much right Iβm β¦. And β¦ i totally agree with sir β¦ about making a courtyard inside .. but not at all for parking until it is dedicated to car parking by the client . Orientation will depend on the requirement.. but not by self decision and that too if u have the freedom of designing in that wayβ¦! . Much respect sir ! π«‘
