SOME MEN AREN’T TRAINING FOR A BETTER BODY. THEY’RE TRAINING TO KEEP THEIR HEAD ABOVE WATER. 👊

And that’s something not everyone understands.

For some of us, the gym is about far more than building muscle, losing body fat or looking good in the mirror.

It’s the one place where the noise stops.

Where the stress, the pressure, the disappointments and everything life throws at you can be put aside for an hour.

Especially as men get older.

We’ve all got battles we’re fighting that nobody knows about.

Relationships. Financial pressure. Loss. Regret. The weight of expectations.

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t lifting the weights.

It’s finding the strength to keep showing up when everything else feels like it’s falling apart.

Training won’t solve every problem in your life.

But it can give you the strength, structure and clarity to face them.

So next time you see a man training like his life depends on it…

Maybe it does.

Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Keep moving forward.

You never know what someone else is carrying. 💯

Besties don’t copy, they match 🖤

Two besties, two trench coats, and absolutely nowhere to rush to!🖤🩶

Black or grey? Are you a classic black trench kind of girl or do you love a softer grey for autumn?

I think we may have just found our favourite uniform for the season 🤍
