Menko Kumham Imipas Yusril Ihza Mahendra, dalam konferensi pers Selasa (3/11/2026), menyebut pihak yang diduga disadap meliputi Presiden Prabowo Subianto, para menteri, politisi, serta pengusaha, sebagaimana diberitakan Tirto.id. “Jadi saya belum tahu apakah Bapak Wakil Presiden juga ikut disadap atau tidak,” ujar Yusril, yang juga menyebut bukti-bukti sudah dikumpulkan. Bareskrim Polri telah menetapkan ketiganya sebagai tersangka dugaan penyadapan ilegal, penghapusan data elektronik, dan akses ilegal, sementara mantan Kadiv TIK Polri Irjen Slamet Uliandi masih diperiksa sebagai saksi.
