AUMB Trombones

Hello all of you trombone fans and welcome back to another edition of BONEDAY FRIDAY!!!

For our seventh Boneday Friday of the 2026-27 season, we have one of our sophomores: Max Simon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Max hails from Sylacauga, Alabama. He attended Sylacauga High School!!! (Go Aggies 🌾🌾🌾)

Max is majoring in Music Education!!! (future teacher loading… 🎓📚📓📖📝👨‍🏫🎶🎼🎵)

Max’s fun fact is that he has never broken a bone!!! 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴🩻🩻🩻🩻🩻

We asked Max what his favorite part about band was and he gave us this gorgeous answer: The people, music, and the AUMB has a great way of bringing people together. Being able to meet new people and spend time with them in the band is an absolute joy. (You’re gonna make me cry 🥲🥲🥲)

Max’s favorite stand tune is: REQUIEM!!!! (Very classical indeed)

Unfortunately Max was not an Eagle Scout… but… HE WAS A DRUM MAJOR!!!!!!!👏👏👏

Well that’s all we have for you this week. Wish Max good luck tomorrow in JHS and we’ll catch you next week for another BONEDAY FRIDAY!!! 🪊🪊🪊🪊
