Five invisible ramps you can build right now. 🛠️💜
Accessibility doesn’t always require a major renovation. Small, intentional workplace practices can reduce sensory and cognitive barriers while helping expectations feel clearer and more predictable.
1️⃣ Adapt the environment by offering options for lighting, sound, seating, or movement.
2️⃣ Set clear expectations for tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
3️⃣ Share schedules, agendas, and calendars in advance.
4️⃣ Help teams plan and prioritize larger assignments.
5️⃣ Support individual routines, modifications, and ways of working.
Every workplace can begin building invisible ramps, and every step makes inclusion more than an idea. It makes it a practice. ✨
