Player development extends far beyond the basketball court.

In collaboration with Tennessee State University’s Chief Basketball Officer, and 12 year NBA veteran Robert Covington, we’re introducing a different approach to player development one centered on mentorship, leadership, education, and decision-making.

Through authentic conversations, interactive challenges, and real-world scenarios, we’ll explore how student-athletes think, respond, adapt, and navigate the pressures surrounding collegiate athletics.

From basketball IQ and cognitive processing to NIL, financial literacy, personal growth, and career aspirations, these sessions are designed to encourage athletes to think beyond the next possession.

Grounded in principles of adult learning & experiential learning.
