Event planning and on-the-day coordination are related, but they’re not the same thing.

So, which one do you actually need?

✨ Event Planning is for those who want support in the lead-up to their event. This could include developing ideas, finding and managing suppliers, working within a budget, coordinating logistics and helping bring everything together.

✨ On-the-Day Coordination is for those who have already done the planning but want a professional to take over the logistics on the day itself. From liaising with suppliers and managing timings to handling the behind-the-scenes details, the aim is to let you enjoy the event without worrying about what needs to happen next.

Of course, every event is different and the level of support you need will depend on how much you’ve already organised and how involved you want to be.

The most important thing is finding the right level of support for you and your event.

I had the best time at my party because of the care you took to look after my event. Forever grateful. ❤️
