The Board of Commissioners will meet Monday, October 26, at 7:00 p.m. at Matthews Town Hall. Prior to the meeting, a retirement reception honoring Fire & EMS Chief Rob Kinniburgh will be held at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend as we celebrate Chief Kinniburgh's dedicated service to the Matthews community.

اگر ترس وجود داره که روی نقطه ضعف‌های ما توسط شریک عاطفی نمک پاشیده باشه، طبیعیه که نخوایم نقطه ضعف‌هامون رو بدونه. طبیعیه که از خودمون مراقبت کنیم. ولی حواس‌تون باشه. اینکه بعضیا میان توی فضاهای مختلف می‌گن که اصلا نباید زخم‌هامون‌ رو به شریک عاطفی‌مون نشون بدیم، خطاست. رابطهٔ امن، رابطه‌ایه که بشه زخم‌ها رو نشون داد. حالا اگر رابطه‌مون امن نیست، یا می‌تونیم به سمت امنیت قدم برداریم، یا رها می‌کنیم و گاهی هم که امکان رها کردن نیست، با خودمراقبتی ادامه می‌دیم.

Having fun before a show this past weekend.

I often hear "guess you need a belly dance?" Or some variation of this sentiment, lol. No, you don't need a "belly" anymore than you need a flat stomach. I have done this at multiple sizes and I can say with absolute certainty that the skills to isolate and control abdominal muscles have nothing to do with how much adipose tissue you do or dont have in the region. Engagement, particularly in the lower abdominals is much more important. Time spent working on the skills themselves are much more important and having FUN while learning snd enjoying the music are incredibly important as well. :)
