🚨💔 A HORRIFYING INCIDENT ON HIGHWAY 15 IN BROSSARD LEAVES A MAN DEAD!

A man in his 30s has tragically lost his life after a wheel detached from a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction and struck the van he was riding in on Monday evening.

The shocking incident happened around 5:20 p.m. on Highway 15 North, between Boulevard Matte and Rue Riviera in Brossard.

According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the wheel came loose from a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction and was launched toward the van, smashing through its windshield and fatally striking the passenger.

The impact caused extensive damage to the vehicle, leaving its windshield completely shattered.

The driver of the van was transported to hospital. His condition was not immediately known.

🔎 WHAT CAUSED THE WHEEL TO DETACH?

Police are investigating how the wheel came loose. Authorities had not determined whether it was caused by improperly secured wheel nuts or another factor.

Questions have also been raised about the dangerous social media trend known as the “lug nut challenge,” which involves tampering with vehicle wheel nuts. However, there is no confirmed connection between this incident and the challenge.

💔 A man lost his life in a matter of seconds while simply travelling on the highway.

Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this heartbreaking time.

What are your thoughts on this devastating incident?

TEXAS TURNS BLUE! Texas made history tonight during the 2026 midterm elections as James Talarico defeats Ken Paxton to become the state’s first Democratic U.S. Senator in 38 years and Gina Hinojosa defeats Gregg Abbott becomes the first Latina Governor and the state’s first Democratic Governor in 36 years. Hinojosa is Mexican-American.

The voters in Texas were NOT playing as they helped Democrats flip the power, not only in the House of Representatives, but also help flip Texas’ Senate seat and Governor seat blue. Talarico and Hinojosa broke the Democrats’ three-decade losing streak as they prepare to take over the Senate and Governor seats in 2027.

Talarico’s historic win helped the Democrats flip the Senate from Republican control — which followed news of Dems flipping the House of Representatives. Ultimately, resulting in the Democrats gaining full control of the United States Congress.
