Trans-men are born female and still encompass that mindset. Trans-women are born male and still encompass that mind set. It will always be different. Men have more privilege than women do and it will still show even when they change their outer appearance. It's rare to see trans deconstruct certain mindsets.

Its funny because as a transman who used to be lesbian when u get to a certain point in ur transition u start to feel invisible..we get a lot of fetishists and clostet DL men who reduce us to body parts, other queers think ur a cisman, dykes dont see us and dont want to cause we men or someone like me sometimes i feel some of the white tgirls in my communities treat me sometimes with slight suspicion..basically treating me like a sktechy black man..these racial micro aggressions and small things from others in the community is difficult.im not a cis man ill never be one and as someone who has dealt with DV,childhood SA and beeen gaybashed way before i started looking like the black man i do now,i dont want to be lumped in and pay for the crimes of cismen when in our queer spaces and on the street when it comes to women/trans folks and violence im always one of the first to defend, fight back and neutralise the threats..people have been screaming for better male representation.some of us are doing that and its hard enought without usiing our last bits of energy to shout for representation that we already rightly deserve as much as non binaries, twomen and all the other letters of LBGTQIA

I think the men that trans to women are more vocal especially online and confrontational about their identity whereas women to men trans are often more humble and low key, the trans in this clip hit the nail on the head about being more problematic the rest was giving word salad umming and ahhing, trans women i think are jealous of biological women too and always trying to compete

I’ve been screaming this forever. I’ve been in rooms with quite a few studs( non trans but masc presenting) and the difference between their reception and mine were on opposite sides of the spectrum of acceptance

Look. It's time you lot..... Trans and gay accept the fact that straight men don't accept what issues of identity in your head as normal. Do you think it's normal to change identity? There's an issue with the concealment of your biological truth. It's also the audacity to try and force straight men to think differently because you have decided to do the change. Whether you accept it or not you have no right to lie to people about who you are or what you've been born as. Why do Thai trans community clearly keep that honest distinction and create their own honest and distinct identity. Lady boys aren't trying to trick people into being intimate with them knowing that they will be offended and feel violated. That's sexual assault if you have any sexual interaction with a straight man and don't explicitly identify yourself. Stop acting like you don't know this. And it's very dangerous and risky for any trans to do that.
