The Nine O'Clock Gun fires in Stanley Park at 9 every night. Oysters at the RawBar in the Fairmont Pacific Rim lobby, open until 11, and a drink at Botanist Bar in the same hotel. Order the Raincouver, which comes with an edible cloud. Nightingale serves its full menu at the bar until 11 pm (11:30 Thursday to Saturday). Call Me Back is a speakeasy you enter through a red phone booth inside Lions Pub, Wednesday to Saturday. Finish at the Coal Harbour Bar at the Pan Pacific, then walk the seawall home past the marina.
