I've been dreaming about having a Trikes since I have M/C license and that lead me to Energy Powersports in Oakville, ON! 'Til I choose one gorgeous Trikes, I will 'ride Pillion'!

The ULTIMATE SPAGHETTI CARBONARA… with EGG YOLKS ONLY! 🇮🇹

After years of making and testing Carbonara, this is my favourite version. Incredibly creamy, rich, and absolutely NO CREAM needed!

Here's what you need to make it at home

INGREDIENTS (Serves 3):
🍝 300g Spaghettoni Quadratto
🥓 200g Guanciale (skin removed)
🧀 90g Pecorino Romano, grated
🥚 4 Egg yolks
🌶️ 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper (adjust to taste)

The secret is the guanciale fat, starchy pasta water, and gentle heat to create that beautiful silky sauce without scrambling the eggs.

Watch the full video and follow my technique. Trust me, those little details make ALL the difference.

Comment CARBONARA and I'll send you the full written recipe, step by step! 📩

Do you make your Carbonara with whole eggs or YOLKS ONLY?

There’s even more to this case …… it is absolutely haunting.

My girls - be careful ❤️

YAMAHA TÉNÉRÉ 4 CONCEPT: NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED OR MAYBE YES! 🏍️

Yesterday in Milan, Yamaha surprised everyone with the new Ténéré 4 Concept.

While many of us were expecting a Ténéré 900 powered by the CP3 engine, Yamaha went in the opposite direction, presenting a single-cylinder adventure bike.

But is this actually a bad move?

The market is increasingly focused on lightweight adventure bikes, with models like the CFMOTO 450MT, KTM 390 Adv R and KOVE 450 Rally and similar ones gaining attention.

A single-cylinder engine could mean less weight, simpler mechanics and potentially lower maintenance costs. But the real question is: what will the final specifications look like?

Personally, I'd still love to see a Ténéré 900 with the CP3 engine, but this new direction could be exactly what the adventure market needs.

One thing is certain: it's still a concept, and there's a lot we don't know yet.

So, what would you choose?
