@melkbosac 15km race… what a lovely day. It started with me volunteering to lead a warm-up. Well the @5am__sa club launched me into a new role #Warm-upQueen🤣🤣, have you ever. We had fun, my last PB for the year. I had to retire my girls in style @asics_za Magic Speed, they have carried me from Falsebay50, Comrades, Gun Run half, Chillies 10 all PBs… I need a sponsor for new shoes. Thank you to my running community and gym community for a great @5am__sa @wearereadyfitness till next year… #runnermom #ultraqueen #marathonermomof2 #15kmrun✔️
