Donald Lame Duck just became Mr. Veto. Phone and pen still in the Oval Office for two more years.

Obama lost 63 House seats in 2010. Clinton lost 54 in 1994. Trump lost about 25. History said this will happen. Been like this for over 50 years,

No two-thirds majority means no veto override.
No two-thirds majority means no impeachment.
Most of what they pass dies the same way it died before.

The phone and the pen are still in the Oval Office.
Gridlock just got louder.
Who do you blame for this disaster ?

One needs to be shared with those who see journey ahead as a challenge not an obstacle.

Joe Milton will be the fourth different Eagles’ QB to throw a pass this season:

🏈Jalen Hurts (blood clots)
🏈Andy Dalton (released)
🏈Tanner McKee (0-3 as starter)
🏈Joe Milton

Philly is 2-6 and has lost six straight.

Your future running self will thank you 🤝🔥

All you need is a resistance band and a balance pad to challenge your hip stability, glute strength & single-leg control.

3 moves to add to your running strength routine:

1️⃣ Leg Circles — 2 x 10/side
2️⃣ Pulses — 2 x 10/side
3️⃣ Step Ins & Outs — 2 x 10/side

📌 SAVE this for your next strength session.

Which exercise would challenge you the most? 👀👇
