I recently visited @elclassicopk Cafe with my friends, and honestly, this time the experience was really disappointing.

The broasted was 10/10, and the special Elclassico pizza was average, around 7/10. However, the sandwiches were extremely disappointing. The sauce and overall taste were not good at all.

When we politely told the waiter that the taste was different from what we had experienced before, since we have eaten there many times, instead of listening to our feedback, the staff started arguing that it was their recipe and the taste could not change. This was very unprofessional and disappointing.

I have been a regular customer of Elclassico Cafe, so I genuinely did not expect this kind of behavior from the staff. Good food matters, but customer service and the way you handle feedback matter just as much.

I kindly request the CEO and management to look into this matter, improve staff training, and focus on customer satisfaction. Loyal customers deserve to be heard and treated with respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the overall experience.
