The landscape of student athletics has changed. “Just do it” isn’t enough anymore.

Great coaching goes beyond telling athletes what to do. It’s about helping them understand WHY it matters.

In today’s episode of 15 in 15, coach Scott Jarvis shares why building relationships, earning trust, and explaining the purpose behind the work are essential to developing better athletes.

Because when athletes understand the why, they’re not just following instructions. They’re building character, accountability, and leadership that lasts beyond the game.

🎙️ Scott Jarvis’s episode of 15 in 15 is out TODAY. Listen now.

selfmasterysystems

Young athletes now more than ever need to also understand how their internal training is as important as their physical training. This is why Coaches for many years have said the game is 90% mental and 10% physical. That locked in state of focus, their flow states, their consistency all begins in their nervous system conditioning and subconscious programming. Great interview. Love the content. Sending blessings
