What do you mean you’re an anti-makeup makeup artist?

Well… this. 👀

I love makeup. It’s literally my job.

But the endless beauty rules? The pressure to look younger? The idea that every makeup look needs to be “flattering”?

It’s overwhelming & I have questions. Lots of them.

Give me weird colour combinations. Smudged eyeliner. Unexpected textures. Editorial makeup that makes you stop scrolling & wonder what the fuck is going on.

Makeup can be beautiful, strange, messy, playful & completely impractical. There doesn’t have to be a corrective purpose behind every brushstroke.

Sometimes, creating something weird & wonderful IS the point.
