For our store’s Saturday lunch today we got @littleangelsfoodtruck on Galene Dr - heard they could use
some Louisville love so we pulled up.
This is the Texas Burger - big patty, actually juicy, turkey bacon + cheese + crispy onions. You can tell it’s made to order, not sitting under a heat lamp. Super filling, halal, and family-owned spot that greets you at the counter and was very easy to order online.
Bun got a little extra char on mine, but flavor was there.
So I give it a solid 7.8/10. I’ll be back to try the wings and loaded tries next.
