Three American servicemembers were killed in a July 17 Iranian strike on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in the Jordanian desert. Satellite imagery shows the nighttime attack damaged at least 19 buildings where troops sleep.

It was one of the deadliest nights of the war for U.S. forces. But it wasn’t the only attack targeting American troops where they live and sleep. That same week, Iran hit multiple housing units at other U.S. military installations across the region.

The July strikes marked an alarming shift in Iran’s tactics and revealed an improvement in the regime’s ability to sequence attacks and hit targets with precision. Iran was taking more direct aim at the buildings that house American troops, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of satellite data, Iranian military statements and interviews with U.S. officials.

In all, the Journal found 274 structures at 24 installations across the Middle East that showed damage during the war’s first six months.

Iran has hit America’s installations hard. Now, with President Trump considering a new wave of attacks on Iran, the U.S. military pulled some personnel off several of those locations ahead of possible retaliation, the Journal has reported. This comes as Pentagon officials worry that the regime has conserved some of its most sophisticated missiles and could improve its attacks in the next round of fighting.

The latest cost estimate of the Iran war stands at $47.1 billion as of Oct. 16, according to a document viewed by the Journal. That doesn’t include damage to bases, which the Pentagon separately priced at a minimum of $5 billion, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter. That number could potentially be as high as $15 billion, according to a separate person briefed on the cost.

The Defense Department and U.S. Central Command, which oversees military operations in the Middle East, declined to comment.

I used to say that to be able to keep going I have to wear many different hats….but I took note of a certain prominent message on social during the Summer when it was said

“Ain’t never seen no farmer wearing a hat like that !” 👒

So here’s to that post ………. 😊

Taking great strides here in posting this or maybe just putting my foot in it. 💩 🥾 👠

I have come to the not very startling conclusion that whatever you do someone will find fault. 🤔

So, as a mother of nine offspring what would I like them to be ?

Independent, free thinking, generous, gracious.
To show tenacity, be hard working and to be resolute and determined whilst being empathetic and kind.
To not be boastful but not hold back in pushing forward.
To lead fulfilling happy lives and to try to share that out.

To be able to align with all of these attributes and all at the same time is nigh on impossible.

So let’s just say that to have a sense of flipping humour at the ridiculousness of the world that we live in is without a doubt the most important and powerful thing.

Laugh with me or at me, either will do. 😊
I’m great at dealing with **it 💩
And if I can make a living from both doing the everyday shovelling of it AND talking/writing/filming doing it then I absolutely shall. 😊
Leading a rich and fulfilling life isn’t about the monetary riches per se but it’s dammed impossible as first generation tenant farmers to make anything near what would be classed as a living .🧑‍🌾

Not wanting to change our lives…just maintain it, is where it’s at. No handouts required just support from the general public and government instead of being hated for diversifying.
So many farmers everywhere will have second/ third jobs and work every hour God sends until a time when value is placed on food production and farming. Not holding breath. 🙄

Marco Bezzecchi berhasil meraih podium Sprint #MalaysianGP.
